Richland-West End Homes for Sale in Nashville TN
Spanning from West End to Murphy Road, the neighborhood of Richland-West End was created via a land purchase in 1905. This large parcel of property is named after its main border street, West End Avenue (which was formally called Richland Pike)—thus the name Richland-West End. Most homes here were built between 1905 and 1935 for doctors, lawyers and other business owners/professionals, and boast sidewalks and beautiful, tree-lined medians. One of Nashville’s first “suburban” neighborhoods, it truly was (and still is) considered a “Rich-Land,” depicted by its stately Four-Square homes and ornate Bungalows/Cottages.
